We have a complete training and support program to help you cross the finish line. Our goal is to make this experience a memorable one.

Not sure where to start, or what kind of workout to do? The clinics and training programs below provides a framework to enhance your fitness and enjoyment from running while minimizing the chance of injury. As well as training sessions tailored to your specific circumstances, the main benefits come from combined advice and guidance from professionals. Activacuity Weekly XTERRA Strength & Conditioning training with Junko Kazukawa

Join other like-minded runners weekly in the month of April 2018 for Strength & Conditioning with Junko Kazukawa @ Runners Roost Community Room in Denver.

A FREE workout class on Thursday's @ 6pm focused to build strength and leave you inspired and ready to take on your next challenge.

Junko Kazukawa is a Japanese-born ultrarunner, two-time breast-cancer survivor, Kazukawa competes in marathon, ultramarathon and cycling events. She was the first person to complete the Leadville series and the Ultrarunning Grand Slam in a single year.

She completed her first Leadwoman series in 2014 — which includes the "Leadville marathon, the 50 mile mountain bike ride, the 50 mile "Silver Rush" run, the 100 mile mountain bike ride, and finally, the 100 mile endurance run"—finishing in third place. In 2015, Kazukawa completed the Ultrarunning Grand Slam—which includes the Western States 100, Vermont 100, Leadville Trail 100 and Wasatch Front 100. In addition to the Grand Slam, Kazukawa also completed the Leadwoman series challenge in 2015, making her the first person to complete both events in a single year. In 2016, her inspirational feat was recognized by the Sportswomen of Colorado.

Active at Altitude Trail Running Camps Active at Altitude - Trail Running Camps

Active at Altitude has a series of Trail Running Camps with some of the USA’s top trail running experts working with you to educate, challenge & inspire. Trail Running Camps located in Estes Park, CO: Spring camp – May 15 to 20, 2018 and Fall camp – September 11–16, 2018.

Learn about trail running through expert education and interactive runs in one of the top trail running locations in the US. Special guest athletes: We have been fortunate to have some pretty darn amazing trail runners join us for our camps in previous years. The list of star athletes has included folks like Sage Canaday, Melody Fairchild, Hillary Allen, and Peter Maksimow.

These camps are in partnership with ATRA (American Trail Running Association) – the only non-profit corporation to serve the trail and mountain running community.
